Terms of Service — Draft for Review

An editable terms template that must be reviewed against actual service, booking and website practices before publication.

Draft website policy content. Review and update according to the business’s actual practices and obtain professional advice where required.

Website use

This draft describes general conditions for using the Smart Canopy Cleaning website. It must be reviewed before publication.

Website information is general and may change. Technical explanations do not replace a site-specific inspection or professional advice.

A website enquiry does not automatically create a confirmed booking or final quotation. Scope and pricing should be confirmed separately.

Complex systems, unknown access, repair work or duct cleaning may require inspection before a final scope can be agreed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate equipment, condition, address, access and operating information.

The agreed scope should identify included components, accessible areas, exclusions, timing and any dependencies.

Customers should provide safe and authorised access to the kitchen, rooftop, plant or duct areas included in the service.

Existing damage, wear, electrical faults, inaccessible sections or unavailable parts may limit cleaning or repair options.

The final terms should reflect the business’s actual booking, cancellation, rescheduling and access-fee practices.

Website text, graphics and branding should not be copied or reused without permission, subject to applicable rights.

The site may include maps, form processors or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.

Any liability limitations must be reviewed professionally and aligned with applicable Australian law.

The final terms may be updated when services, website features or business practices change.
